Delivery Coverage

  • We currently provide home delivery services all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120
  • Delivery charges may vary for heavy, fragile, or multiple-item orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh.

Order Confirmation

  • Our support team may contact customers via phone call or SMS to confirm orders before shipment.

Package Checking

  • Customers are requested to check the package condition in front of the delivery person before accepting the parcel.

Failed or Cancelled Delivery

  • If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, provides incorrect information, or refuses to receive the order, the order may be cancelled and future orders may require advance payment.
