Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or broken product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Missing item from the order

Return/Exchange Request Time

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.

Product Condition

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Product must remain unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be intact
  • Used, damaged, or customer-mishandled products will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain Beauty & Health Care products are not eligible for return or exchange after opening or use.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are processed after confirmation through phone call or SMS
  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted
  • Customers are requested to confirm carefully before placing an order

Parcel Acceptance Policy

Customers are requested to receive the parcel after ordering. Refusing delivery without valid reason causes courier and operational losses.

If a customer repeatedly places fake orders, refuses parcels, provides misleading information, or behaves inappropriately with delivery personnel, Ghore Express reserves the right to:

  • Restrict Cash on Delivery service
  • Request advance payment for future orders
  • Reject future orders permanently if necessary

Delivery Charges for Returns

  • If the issue is caused by Ghore Express, return/exchange delivery charges will be covered by us
  • If a customer changes their mind, refuses delivery without a valid reason, or places orders without the proper intention to receive, delivery and return courier charges may be applicable

  • Check size, color, quantity, and specifications
